Can you trust phone support?

I phoned yahoo to ask about the ad placing of this site-
    http://www.myspacescripts.ws/

And I asked the guy about 5 times just to make sure that it was fine, and he said it was. However, I'm not sure if the guy was right. If you look at the center ad, it is practically hidden.

First, is my ad placing against the TOS? If yes- How so?
Second, Can you trust phone support?

He was wrong... Phone support is mostly wrong...

    Reason:
You are pretty much hiding the ad inside the content. That is against the TOS, your ad has to be different then the surround content, or that is considered a "click incentive". You need to take it out of there or you might get suspended, or at least a bad email in your inbox ;)

Yahoo hosts my site. The few times, I have had the "pleasure" of speaking to them I almost slit my wrists.

No it isn't. It's perfectly fine. Go read it again.

Also, why is this in the YPN section of the forums if you're using AdSense?

From what I heard, any kind of thing like "sponsors" is not allowed.

He is using YPN thats why he is posting it here...

    Say what now?

Google's terms allow you to put "Sponsors" or "Advertisements" but nothing else.

Then why do the ads say "Ads by Goooogle"?

Is that a Yahoo thing that they do, or did you write that coding yourself?

Did you use category targetng to get Car Insurance ads on your myspace site?

You better read this at YPN Blog : What not to do

There is no targeting. That is also what the guy said on the phone, that I shouldn't do any ad targeting because it doesn't fit in any of the categories, so I guess he was right about that.
