now the easiest way came fr indian user to verify is to verify thru bank which u have added to ur paypal account. i was very very tough before as credit cards r not easier to get & vccs were risky

 

Yes you can transwer from universal to verifaid paypal account.
1- conect your paypall account with your bank account.
2- paypall will charge that bank acount $1.50 (after verification thay will deposit$1.50 back)
3- get the 4 diget number from your bank and aded in your paypal verification box.

based on my experience, I cannot transfer a money to unverified account to verified, while verified account can transfer to unverified account in paypal.
