    Positive: Your site really have some really cool pictures. Negative: I don't find anything wrong about it. It's normal website for pictures. So I think It's fine.

    The website could do with a structure, ie the posts seem to jump left / right whilst the theme seems slightly old. As for a positive your site isn't cluttered with ads, you could ad a few more where you might get more clicks (though be careful to prevent it from looking spammy).
