Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. Open Microsoft Paint and hit 'Ctrl + V'. Here are detailed instructions. You can also use the Snipping tool in Vista.

hi, the regular way is using the print-screen button and then pasting the image into paint. the best way - the way i use: tech smith Snag It 9 (just download the demo and you will understand what i'm talking about
I guess it depends on your desired end result. Using the "Prt Scr" key and then CTRL+v will give you a copy of exactly what you see in your browser viewport. I use Firefox with the FireShot add-on. You have multiple options with FireShot which includes capturing the entire page, not just the viewport portion you can see. There are other good solutions in this thread I just happen to prefer FireShot.
Another handy screenshot tip... If you are just looking to take a screenshot of one window, for example the currently open web browser, then pressing the "Alt" button along with your "PrtScn" key will then only capture the window that is currently in focus. This is very handy if you have multiple windows open and just want to screen-grab one (or if you're greedy like me and have two monitors running different programs at different times - one screenshot would be very unwieldy).
