There is only one ad unit and one link unit on your site. First off, try to add some more ad units. The link unit on left, you can make it the first box on the left column.

 

At almost every page there are 3 adsense units, one in top banner one in left column and one in content block.
I will try move lenk unit to top.

You can try to add an ad unit below "Latest Jokes".
And remove link unit on your left sidebar.
