Can you stream game / movie trailers on a video website legally?

    Hey, I had a question question for you guys.

    I've noticed the majority of the game review site up on the internet are also displaying game trailers on their site as well. Is this legal without prior permission?

    Legal? Well, that's somewhat debatable. It's hard to catch this, so many webmasters do it.
