    Blogher.com is not for Blogging as far best of my knowledge but if you want you can create free blog on Blogger.com which offer by Google

    True, BlogHER is not where you can make your own blog. You need to already have a blog when you join BlogHER. Their purpose is for networking, so other BlogHER members (and non-members surfing the web) can learn about your existing blog.

    If you want to create a blog, go to Blogger and set one up. If you want lots of women to know this blog exists, BlogHER is one of many place you can join to promote it.

    I have had a blog at Blogger.com for nearly 2 years.
    You can easily create it even without knowing HTML, doc format can also be used.
