If you have talent there are many sources available to earn money through internet without investing any money.
Sure, for an example advertisement business you could start from delivering leaflets by yourself and then when you have a lot of clients grow to huge advertisment/marketing agency. It's just an example. But like in any case it's very difficult without any $ and your competition never sleeps. Offering uniques solutions and good prices is the key. So, your best bet would be to have a regular job and starting your own business part time, and then if your own business will bring enough money you could drop your regular job.
