Can you setup an automated update for a page? (feeds)

I have an existing site that uses Frontpage (Windows server). I need to add a new page to this site that will call in some feeds from flippa.com and elsewhere (details by PM).

For example, this and this. But it would need to include not just the title of each thread but also the stats (hover over the stats image on those listing and you'll see what stats I'm talking about).

Is this something you can do?

 

In answer to PM questions: The scrap/crawl of the 5-6 sites doesn't need to be more than once a day.
