Can You Sell A Facebook Fan Page ???

If so how much would a page with a targeted niche and 5k fans be worth ???

 

You can sell them, but you can't transfer ownership. You would have to stay as the main admin.

It depends, if the FB fan page is the "Funny Cats Picture Fan Page" than I would say five bucks...

But if you have a fan page of people with mesothelioma than you could probably sell that fan page for a cool six-figures.

yeah i have a fan page "being vegetarian" sure it would be helpful to someone running a vegetarian site, especially if it had 5k fans.

 

just want to point out a few things, no one pays 10c a member, lol no one pays 1c a member, granted on a forum where it is against the TOS to sell the price is going to be a premium, i have sold many group and created many more for people on other forums, but you're not allowed to sell here so if anyone does try and sell you one its going to be at a premium.

And yes you can transfer ownership, all you do is add the other person as an admin and remover yourself. This leaves the group in the soul controll of the person you sold it to.

as long as the niche of the group is the same as the product you're selling then good money can be made

Its a good idea to make money, but if it become more popular definitely in future facebook will make some guidelines to prohibited the same or will charge for the same. so it is the right time to make and develop some good page for the future money bank.

 

Of course it is. You'll get banned from FB, but there are always people who claim it's ok to do. Just laugh at them when they get banned for their ignorance.

 

There is no way a buyer will ever know how many are relevant. Adding fans to FB is easy. There mass mailing lists that you can use to add users.

Someone who is paying for it, I am sure, will validate and verify. If you find some one who is willing to buy, please pass on his details. Can sell him FB fan page on any niche with 5k users, in 2 months.
