Can you run coop ad where none of your inventories points to?

I'm just setting up coop ad; I know that many of questions I ask are very basic, but allow me, since I am still learning about coop ad. Here's one of questions I have.

Can you run coop ad where none of your inventories points to? For example, can you run coop ad on the entire domain forum.yourDomain.com while your inventories certainly don't include all url in the domain? Suppose that your inventories only include

forum.yourDomain.com/forum-1.html
forum.yourDomain.com/forum-2.html
forum.yourDomain.com/forum-3.html

So, forum.yourDomain.com/forum-#.html where # > 3 is not my inventory, yet it runs coop ad. Now what happens?

If your asking if you can place ads toward a site the coop ads dont run on, the answer is yes. Your ads can point to any site you like, aside from gambling, porn, etc..

 

So, it's kind of like I give space to run ads for coop people, and I get space back? And the space I get in return can be used to run any ad I wish to run (unless it's gambling, pornography, etc.)?
