Well, for me the light green anchors are washed out by the white background. I would make them darker to match the darker areas of the leaves. The roll overs in the header are no aligned properly. 'Home' sits higher than others. Ads on front page are blue and don't match theme. The ad box on the right is empty on the main page? Otherwise, cool site.
I think its a good collection of useful tools but i'd go along with the other comments as regards design.
Your site is like way of center and your links are jumping up and down on the page ... sort of like this ---___---___
I agree with the other comments. It looks like you are having some trouble with the tower ad on the Home page and it is throwing everything else off. When you look at the pages where the ad is working properly the site is very pleasing to look at. The ad color for the banner ad is better on the other pages too. However, the shade of green for the links is just too flourescent. It makes my eyes get wiggy. I like "The Big Deals" idea of making them a little darker to match the leaves. I am not sure the theme of the site matches the content, but I feel very "at peace" looking at the page when it is aligned properly. If that is the feeling you are trying to elicit, then you've done your job.

I have to agree, the green fluo links are quite annoying for the eyes. Also, I'm not sure about the top navigation being uneven (the home link is higher than the other two). Aside from that, nice site
