How will you collect useful information for so many countries? Will you make SEO-optimized but useless posts? Are you hoping that forum users will create posts instead? But why would anyone write useful and detailed information on some empty forum? This project is already dead before it even started. Focus on just one country first. It’s better even to remove this forum, it won’t help your real estate agency get traffic. People will only come to spam, and you’ll waste your time deleting their posts. They’ll create accounts with fake profiles, and your site will end up with tons of spammy backlinks. Just remove the forum.
