We supply auction software you load to your site, (takes about 15 minutes) and you have a fully functioning auction, complete with items for sale, ready for your customers to use. It all runs under your name and brand. Everything that you list to sell is also shown on the hundreds of other sites who have joined the network. I am too close to the project so I am asking for feedback about the download and installation process of the software. I want to know the views of experienced webmasters on how we can improve. What suggestions would you make for us to make any aspect better? Is there something we should be doing which we aren't? Even the smallest point that annoys you? Please let me know.
