    I would loose the flash intro and let people enter your site directly.
    Also, page transitions are a bit outdated.

    Keep it simple and avoid too many unnecessary features.

    Flash intro is necessary to separate Italian and English version.

    Links work perfectly. Did you removed blank space after www. and before rest of links addresses?

    I see that you inserted css in pages. Hope you have template page. Anyway you should add this in css
    BODY { backgroundcolor="#FFFFFF"; }

    Flash introductions and scrolling texts should be left in the 1990s where they belong - they really detract from the impression of professional that I presume you're trying to get across on a legal firm's site.

    You also need to get someone to proofread your site, as I found quite a few errors (including "American" spellings of words). Also, your publications page seems to appear in Italian even though I'm browsing the English version of the site.

    On the front page: "Counseling" should have two l's (US spelling only has one and is incorrect) - this mistake is repeated on the commercial practice page as well.

    On the Insolvency law page, "reorganization" should be spelt "reorganisation", although either form is probably acceptable.

    On the practice area page, "specialization" should probably be "specialisation".

    I'm fairly sure there were a few others, but I can't remember/find them all at a quick glance. Also on the search page there's this text: "The form lying below let you" - "let" should be "lets" (as in to allow).
