Who's building the site for you? Firstly, it's totally messed up in Firefox for me. It's not bad, I guess, but the look is a bit old school - basic. I think it needs fresher, more clinical up-to-date look. Stronger, sharper lines, consistency with fonts, and just a cleaner execution overall. All IMO of course, and it's not finished so a promising start. HTH.
You should work on your design more I don't like the blue personally and also the CSS for firefox and IE7
Browser compatibility is a must. Make sure the person that is making your site makes it compatible across most common browsers. If he/she doesn't do this, you should find someone else that will.
