    There is two many blank space in the sidebar,I'd suggest you to add some stuff,such like company contact info or latest news of company.

    Personally I like the blue-green combo :) Can't comment much until I get to know how you are going to provide second-level navigation, ad-blocks, footer etc. The template as it is will suite companies that would like to have a web-presence but not much online services to offer.

    Good stuff overall !
