It looks like a landing page. Because of that, the bottom set of images looks like a banner - none of them really say what part of the site they lead to.

That said, 'celebrity jokes' just says 'rity jokes' and each one seems to lead to a vastly different website. There's no way to know why that is upon first visit, and if I wasn't paying very close attention to the URL's I'd keep thinking this was just a way to send people to barely related sites... Kind of like a stock porn site, only celebrity based.

I don't know how an amature surfer would react to your site, but I'm fairly certain most people who've had the 'net for more than a month or two would hit the back button and move on to find whatever it was they were looking for.

Having the one picture change to show what each website is, isn't really a bad thing, but this page has to explain why you're sending people to complately different websites (even if they are on the sub-domains).

And no, I don't like popups of any kind Especially not the roaming flash ad kind of popups.

 

Your 'Celebrity Logo' needs to be revised. The best way to do this is to make sure what is the exact dimension of the placeholder. Meaning, if your placeholder is 250px x 250px, do not create images beyond this point or else your images shrink or stretch. Bad design.

Personally, I don't like to put popups on my site specially if it's still new. I find it very annoying. My idea is to first hook your visitors on your site and once they do, you can put all sorts of money generating techniques.

Design is not much professional. My advise is develop the layout from an experience theme developer.
