    Loading time needs to be improved. 30 seconds is a loooooooong time on the internet.

    Menu needs to be smaller. Screen real estate is too valuable for the menu to use the top THIRD of a desktop screen.

    There is NO CONTENT above the fold to encourage me to stay on your site. First impressions count. With nothing above the fold, there is no reason to waste time scrolling down and HOPING to find content that I want.
