Hello everyone, Thank you for viewing the thread, I was wondering if you could provide me some constructive feedback on my company's website please. We use my website to sell my help-desk software. URL: https://ticaga.com/ I appreciate all your time and any feedback you can offer me to improve the company website. Kind regards, Mike
Hey Mike, I checked out your site and it looks solid! The design is clean, but maybe make the navigation a bit more prominent for easier access. Adding a few customer testimonials could help build trust, and I’d recommend making the CTAs pop a little more for better visibility. Also, make sure everything is fully optimized for mobile. Overall, it’s a great start!
All the links seem to work, which is great. It's clear what the product is. One observation I did make is that the "Change log" option in the footer reads "v1.0", but the latest version seems to be 1.3.4 - so quite clearly there's a disconnect there. It would be nice if that value was updated with each release. If that's not practical, I would suggest removing the "v1.0" label.
Well its clean and nice but in my opinion a more comolex and profesional theme may help In this way your site would look more profesional like a company style
Design/UX: Clean, modern look but vague navigation and weak hero section. Suggestions: Add sticky menu, bold headline, replace placeholder text. Functionality: Strong documentationn, feedback portal. Lacks demo, USPs unclear. Suggestions: Add demo, highlight Laravel benefits, include testimonials. SEO/Content: Weak keyword optimization, no blog. Suggestions: Optimize meta tags, build 60% English high-DR/40% .rs backlinks, start blog.
The entire visual design needs to be reworked. Homepage: Right now, there’s no clearly defined header. The current layout is almost completely white, with only a very light gray section that doesn't even distinguish the sections. Keep the top bar with the menu white, but add a background to the header section. Add a background to the lower section where the feature points for your product are. Visitors should visually perceive the page as a sequence of clear blocks from top to bottom. Using background colors or sections helps guide the eye and keeps the focus moving downward in a logical way. Right now, because of the lack of background contrast, my eyes don’t know where to focus. I end up aimlessly scanning the page without direction. Features page: Here, the top menu bar and the header both have the same background color, which causes them to blend and look like one single block. Remove the background from the top menu bar. For the header, instead of a solid color, use a bg image with a light (geometric) pattern, a gradient, or play with it in some other way. Or make the bg color color a lighter, pastel tone. The current dark blue bg looks very heavy and hard on the eyes. On this page, the content blocks are distinguished from each other, this is exactly what I was referring to earlier.
