    I think that the design is a bit basic especially for a satellite site. I would spice it up with a bit of a technology theme.

    search "free blogger template" in google and find a 3 column blogger template and then buy a banner(below $20), it will make a big difference

    I would say the concept is not well defined... whats the purpose is just the redirecting to satellite site as I can see..
