It's ok, maybe you could add a paragraph with a title in strong/bold, like the others, but which says "delay foreclosure" when you talk about ways to delay it. This should be the last paragraph, so that when we get to your url delayforeclosure.org, it's seems more natural to go check it out.

Article is quiet ok. You could include some references too. People always look for case studies along with the articles. Avoid telling that you are a student. This hurts your article credibility most of the time
