Can you refer to Adsense?

I see you can refer people to AdWords, but what about Adsense?

 

You will get paid is you refer someone to join the advertised page, but in adsense, you will get paid if someone click on ad...

The referral link is in the Referral section under the category Google Products.

I think they recently changed the adsense referral thing- perhaps they realised they are now the market leader so no longer need to pay.
I think they still offer it in the USA, but not UK etc.
