    Just understand that there is no system that can pull all your backlinks, inlcuding yahoo... The only one that knows all your backlinks and how many you have is you but then again others may be bookmarking or sharing your site in places you have no idea that even exist.
    Personally I use Market Samurai, as well as the SEO plug in for a quick check.

    I would just go to Yahoo, and search for site explorer. I hear that yahoo site explorer will give you the most accurate amount of back-links you have to your site.

    Yahoo site explorer for your indexed pages and inbound backlinks but my favorite is Bachlinks Watch because they also mention if these backlinks are dofollow or nofollow.
