Hi friends, Can you recommend me a electricity generator (in India)which produces electricity in less expense?
Solar Panels and small Windmills will give you electricity without any recurring expenses but could be a costly affair. May be Rs. 1,00,000 or above. You may also consider LPG generators but the prices of LPG is shooting everyday.
Just buy the cheapest Honda diesel (or petrol if you must) generator you can find. I know a few people that rely on generators, and they won't touch anything that isn't a Honda. I'm looking into solar - more out of curiosity than necessity, and although it's expensive to get started, the running and maintenance costs are very low. More and more new houses are being built with solar panels on the roof - it looks like people are finally waking up to free(ish) energy.
I will recommend you IPS. It’s less expensive. I bought an IPS for only RS. 35000. It gives support to 10 tube lights, 4 fans, and a 21†TV for 3 hours. After 10 years I required to change the batteries that cost only RS. 20000. It’s giving the excellent service. Even I don’t notice, when electricity fails. No sounds, no diesel/petrol. Only electric charge requires.
IPS (Instant Power Supply) is powered by battery only. No fuel required. You can get details http://etechtour.com/2009/01/instantaneous-power-supply-ips/
