Can you recieve Paypal payments with moneybookers?

    No it is not possible.They are 2 separate payment systems which are not linked in anyway.Maybe things will change later if ebay decides to buy moneybookers too.

    You can probably get it exchanged but you cant directly send.. withdraw to bank and then shift the funds to moneybookers/paypal

    No you can not. However, there are many scammers who will convey you for that but dont do this.
