Can you receive money on your Elance Payoneer card from text Link Ads for example?

    Can you receive money to your Payoneer card obtain through a Payoneer partner from a different Payoneer partner?
    Logically it should be possible; it is not normal to have 10 payoneer cards obtained through 10 Payoneer partners.
    What do you think?
