Can you really make money selling your services as a forum poster?

So, I've heard of people selling their services posting on forums, but can you really make any money out of it? And how would I go about getting people to hire me if you can?

You need to post a lot to make a little money I already try it and only make 5 $ for 120 post. So i don't find that you can earn a lot from forum posting.

And were the owners fussy about content?

I've had a look, do you think people would be interested in a 0.10 GBP per post service?

I don't think there are people that pay for that high amout

 

Well, that's only $2 USD ish for ten posts, is that really so unreasonable?
