i do run a successfuly MJ fan community thing and lately i've been working so hard on getting its PR rating back up (my last one was pr3) and gettting into the top search engines. Well when i search for other MJ related sites, the top ones have this: and only the search engines can see that and it seems to be why they are in the top 10 because the pages are frames and contain no real info on them really, but i've read somewhere that google and other search engines look down upon those who do this, or is it really allowed?
you can report the spam to google - and yes you can do it - no you shouldn't - why? cuz someone will report you and you'll get banned from Google
so it is against the rules and everything? it's funny because they are the offical MJ sites. hah Anyways i didnt think it was very fair.
Search engines frown upon having pages for them that are different than what visitors see (spam) and at least google will ban sites for this kind of thing. I'm not sure how long it takes, probably less time if they run adwords but don't quote me on that. Lisa
