whooaa that was a lot to read no just joking, it looks good im not a TOS expert so i cant tell you what to do or not with yours, just what I got out of it is this. You are not responsible for anything and have right to delete/terminate any account and/or its content without any notice and reason explained, no offensive, indecent, inaccurate, or of Adult content is allowed aether. So my final conclusion would be like this. The part that you can delete/terminate things im fine with (if i was going to use your site) but the offensive, indecent, inaccurate, or of Adult part doesnt leave so much to work with, i mean what is indecent, inaccurate for you? How do you define that? And you say you allowed adult content, not with these in your TOS, you have first of all offensive, indecent, inaccurate, or of Adult Adult is not allowed and you will not see so many Adult images that are not offensive, indecent, inaccurate for someone out there
i think you missed a part of it. i allow adult content yes. if uploaded under "Not safe for work" otherwise they broke the TOS.
Ah.. then you need to specify that, like these content should be under NSFW By reading your tos i have no idea that you have two categoties SFW and NSFW
