The domain is a bit weird. Hard to remember.
I'd give the design 6/10.
I'd rather have the newest posts slide show being a moving line with the ability to see multiple posts at once, but that's just me.
Or just move/remove some of the menus/bars at the top, so that the "What's new in here" section is upper on the page.

 

technology is great keywords and good searching.

i think i will change the sliding header with more post option..
