can you purchase stuff with an un-verified US paypal?

    just wondering, says my sending limit is zero, but withdraw limit is 500, say i wanna purchase something will it let me?

    No, as your sending limit is zero you can not send any money out from your PayPal account and hence you can not purchase online. Unless until seller is giving it for free :D

    yes,it's possible if you can add a credit card to verify your identity,if you have problem with credit card get a prepaid credit card from entropay.com you can add it in paypal send money to anyone without any restriction

    But you can do other way round for example withdraw the money to pay other people.

    NO you can't, not through paypal anyways. You can withdraw and then send a bank transfer if you're willing to go through that hassle and the other party has agreed to it.

    i did not add credit card or bank account yet but my sending limit is:

    coz: i receive money from other member.

    can i pay other paypal member? :)

    According to TOS of paypal .we cant purchase things from online .paypal wont allow you to create billing with merchant websites.add bank account so you can use paypal .if you dont have bank account then i heard we can get verified with VCC cards but the best way is adding bank account.

    No you can't purchase online. Verify it first using a credit card,
    then it will be the time you can purchase online.
