Can You Pre-Configure Wordpress Settings?

    I have a lot of Wordpress sites, and it would save considerable time if I could somehow pre-configure the settings or have an easy way to change all of the settings with each upload. Any ideas?

    Depends on which settings you are referring to. Do you mean theme specific or site specific?
