    the adlink below the navigation bar is good, but the rest is too low down the page. They need to be visible without scrolling the page.

    nice placement, but you should consider about placing ads inside the post. 336x280 would be better..

    Existing link unit does not attract enough attention, at least for me.
    I would put big box advertisement after 1st post.

    Nice blog. Maybe put one whole post visible. The blog doesn't show a lot of text and some people want to read a whole article before visiting the other posts.
