Can you pls recommend a site for cheap/free backgrounds?

    Hey there,

    I am designing a fansite and am looking for an understated-yet-edgy background. Something like a honeycomb or carbon fiber design.

    I tried to make one myself but I am a novice in graphic design and what I've come up with doesn't look that great.:(

    Can anyone recommend a site with some modern, edgy backgrounds - cheap or free even better! :)

    I've found a few sites but the designs remind me of Geocities from the mid-90s. :rolleyes: Thanks for any help.
