Can you please guide me ?

    I want to create a website like these - reviewsa*rena.com , revie*wica.com, and etc.But I'm not sure where to get the designer and how much it should cost.I'm not sure what are the technolygy involve.I just want to create a nice site, have a nice logo, have good graphics.I want to start putting in contents.I don't know who to hire and how much to pay and how to describe what I want.Is there anyone understand what I need and what I must do.I want to have a homepage where I have good graphics and links to all the pages (product review pages).
