Can you offer compensation for a tip on DP?

    If you need help in a certain area, ie an affiliate program that fits this criteria..or whatever it might be, is it against the rules of DP to ask and offer half of what you make? I don't want to break any rules.

    The issue here is: Who's to say you won't use the other guys time and effort, make some sort of agreement by PM, then you disappear, grabbing all the income, leaving the hard working guy with nothing?

    I don't think this should be allowed - I don't even know if it is. But if it is allowed, then frankly, it's just wasting mods resources (plus their time) on disputes.

    You can ask or offer but if it is for some type of recompense just make certain it is in the appropriate forum of the Buy, Sell & Trade section of DigitalPoint as that's where these types of thread belong.
