Can You Make Money With Facebook Like You Can With Twitter?

This was something I was pondering as I was writing a blog post detailing some companies that will help you make money posting tweets on Twitter.

Is it possible to do the same with the Facebook status update?

Or would only pay per click work on that?

 

There are dozens of people who are "Social Network Marketers" who do nothing more than leverage their existing base of Friends on Facebook. You can make money on Facebook if you have enough friends and are willing to share. There are also clubs and other entertainment type companies that pay people to spam their friends with links to events.

 

Yea, Especially people that have large fanpages or groups. Many of times people that run sites monetized with CPAlead or other CPA companies will jump on the opportunity for their site to be posted as an update to 200k people. Ive seen people with large fanpages (500-900k) (charging $50-$70) to post an update promoting your site for 24 hours. So yes, There is much money to be made with facebook.

 

No not actually make money but one can develop new business contacts form facebook. Or you can also promote your website on facebook by telling your friend to visit your site.

It is not only possible, it is done every single day. Set up a fan page. Market it to increase followers, and then find people to buy your services. There are many people right here on DP, as well as on other sites, that will pay top dollar for a post on a Facebook fan page that has thousands of viewers. The going rate right now is $0.005 per fan, but I have seen some people pay more. It also depends on the demographics of your followers. Look for US, UK, Canadian, and Australia followers.

What items work best on FB? ie.. scripts, reports, ebooks, can PLR be used etc..
