Well, if worst came to worst and you got banned and your site generates substantial revenue, as one gray/black hatter once put it, you can rent a mailbox for $50.00, get a local business license for a new business name for $100.00, a new domain for $10.00, get new free bank account, a few 301 redirects later and your back up and running. And make for damn sure you stop doing what you did to get yourself banned or else this would have been all for nothing.
