I make several thousands per month off the adsense program. I've been doing it for years, so I consider myself good at it. Anyone with some motivation and time can make a living from adsense. Not really too difficult.
Not really too difficult? I've invested 3 years of my life + lots of hard work and researches to achieve 100$ a day. It's possible to make money from google, but it's quick hard.
Wow, 10k per day? That is even more than Problogger's best monthly income of 100k. I think this guy is just bluffing. Adsense takes way too much work and commitment before you can ever make 10k a day. The highest I've seen a person earn within 3 years is around $300 per day.
$10k/day isn't unheard of. Many companies and successful earners are making that. They just don't come on DP forums and post about it, so they aren't well known. You'd be surprised at how many people actually earn a 7 figure income from adsense alone. I personally make quite a bit more than $300/day off the adsense program, and I consider myself one of the small fish compared to some of the vets.
It's possible if you have a high traffic site or sites, best if you have some supporters or fans who come back again and again to your site(s).
Eh, not true - at all. You can have 1 site with decent traffic and high ctr in a lucrative niche (finance, insurance, etc). For example - One of my accounts has 1 site in a finance niche, around a specific keyword - only gets 100-200 visits per day, and has an extremely high CTR. Due to the CPC ($1-$4 per click), that one site generates anywhere from $100-$200 per day. For some, $100-$200 per day is a full time income. These little gems are everywhere over the net. All you gotta do is find them. And it's not as hard as ya'll might think. Most adsense earners think small time, so they make small time.
If you are a good writer, you can easily make a living off Adsense and then some from other revenue sources. Like they say content is king.. You either write it or have great quality content generated somehow.... Many people do. I still have a day job and I make more from adsense...
Folks it's a numbers game. How you do it is upto you but to demonstrate. If your target was $100 earnings a day. You could: Creats 200 sites earning 50 cents a day = $100 a day 100 sites earning $1 a day = $100 a day 10 sites earning $10 a day = $100 a day 1 site earning $100 a day = $100 a day ALL of the above scenarios ARE totally possible but require different approaches and levels of work. Pick what suits you best and just do it. Dean
I'm not really a fan of this formula. I've seen it repeated in several other forums. You absolutely cannot predict how much your site is going to make, you just can't. You might build a site thinking it's going to make your $1 / day goal, yet it flys past it making $15 / day. Then you build another site just like it and it only makes 10 cents a day. If you have a goal of $100/day, keep building sites until you reach that goal - or keep updating and marketing 1 site until you reach the goal. Trying to mathematically predict how many sites or pages it will take to reach $100/day is impossible.
Mass producing MFA sites is a waste of effort IMHO. They might get the odd click but soon get banned as they get spotted by Google. Also, many people jump from one guru's method to the next and never focus on the basics, always thinking the grass is greener etc etc. I plan to reseach a niche with good paying keywords ($2 to $5 per click) and build a quality blog or site targeting those words, and then work to get it indexed and ranking high for those keywords/phrases. Work on getting traffic - all sorts of different ways to do that, but the more traffic, the more cliks you get. Aim on a 5% CTR. I should be able to get around 200 uniques a day quite quickly (say within a week or two at the most), and by then I should be making around $20 - $30 a day off that one site. If I can sustain that level for a few months I can either duplicate that success, or build upon it and get even more traffic and turn that one site into $200 - $300 a day. If I get those figures, I'll write an e-book on it myself
5% CTR? I hope you meant 25% - who would aim for a 5% CTR? Even my worst performing sites have more than a 5%.
Lol, when you say that you have to think which country he lives. 200$ in india is Rs.9000. So according to 'kyabolti" he is right.
25% CTR for adsense clicks is very high. You would need really qualified traffic to get 1 in 4 clicks. I can easily get volume traffic so will settle for 5% of that. I think that would be sustainable, whereas I might hit 25% or higher, once or twice if the niche is seasonal for example.
Yes you can make living and even get rich, but you have to work very hard. Uniqueness is the most important thing.
