I'd love to be rid of computers. I'd rather go back to cave man times where you could go hunting for food and have sex all day.
I participated in a thread once in a local forum based in my country, and they mentioned a question: Can our generation survive World War II? Though it was a totally different question than this, I am sure that it also implies not having a PC? I mean, PCs were not even invented at that time! It was kind of interesting. I guess I would have survived, but be in a horrible state of withdrawal. I mean, not only am I addicted to my computer, I am so addicted to being online that I sometimes stay awake till the wee hours of the night to finish reading forum threads! Now this probably won't happen if computers were not invented/I don't even come into contact with computers in the first place, but since I have been introduced to the world of Windows 3.1, I've been mad about computers. How would you survive without a PC?
I could do without the physical labour and hunting, but the sex all day bit sounds worth it Seriously though, it's the way people have lived for almost our entire history, and most of the population of this planet have never worked on a PC - ever. It may be a massive change of habits for some of us, but by no means impossible.
Of course i can not live without a PC. Live without PC it's look like we trapped in a broker boat and lost in the ocean.
Right now its not possible because i am not just using it for entertainment or for fun. Actually, my job/work is depends on PC only. So, its no way possible without it.
