Technically, of course I could live without a computer. Or without Discovery Channel, but life would be pretty boring then.
Its hard to imagine life without computer. But i won't mind taking a break for a couple of weeks maybe a month.

No. I technically wouldn't die without computers, but I certainly wouldn't live as well as I do now. Every marketable skill I have cultivated within myself relies on computers. I don't think I could make as good a living without a computer, my standard of life would drop significantly... But I would probably shed a few pounds and live longer. lol - what a catch 22!
Mine died and I nearly went crazy without one while I was waiting for my new one to arrive. I used the library computers to check e-mail but due to fact I am sole caregiver for my mom it was hard to get out of house.
yeah i think i can live without my pc... my pc was bought when i was in my last year in high school... i used to play basketball and wake up early to do my chores before going to class so i guess i grew lazy when i had my pc... hehehe i become irresponsible... i used most of my time playing pc games...
I was without one for about a month last fall when google went crazy. I enjoyed myself immensely, but I was anxious the whole time. My income would drop a lot without computers, but I would hopefully get a really fun job.

That's true Shannon. Same thing happened to me when I had to part with my laptop to get some more RAM put in. I paid nearly double so that they could put the RAM in within 30 minutes instead of overnight. Plus, I was hanging around the service centre for those 30 minutes! I should really have put it in myself.
Really? It'll take a lot more than $10k for me to give up my comp. What would you rather live without, if you had to leave one: Computer , Mobile or sex?

My weekly rehab helps me battle my computer addiction. The only way to get over it is to go out, get drunk, meet people or do whatever makes your tail wiggle outside of your home.
