Can You Intergrate WordPress with vBulletin like have menu button that has the vBulletin intergrated in it?
Anything with WP is possible. I done something similar a while ago. I believe what I did was to create a blank page (NOT post) in wp-admin pointed to the subfolder I installed my script. (make sure the page's title matches where you have your script... IE: yourdomain.com/forum) This will add the link in your WP's site menu.
