can you install a vbulletin plugin for me?

hi, i need that my "ico-content" plugin of vbulletin works on my vbulletin 3.6.2 forum.

i havent got it to work, and im willing to pay you if you can install it for me.
just tell me how much.

i have godaddy dedicated hosting linux server, and i have contacted them, and they told me:

if you think you can help me, please contact me (post here or pm me) i will pay you just if you get the plugin to work. the plugin consists on add content to the forum.

ill give you ftp access, forum admin user, and a zip with the plugin.
