Buying can you illustrate cartoon kittens?

    Hey all,

    I am looking for someone/or team who is proficient and backed up with a portfolio of previous work

    requirements are;

    1 x illustration of a kitten, with big eyes, looking very sad holding a sign with the website URL

    1 x border for images

    1 x (optional) FLASH have tears drop from the cat

    The target audience will be for 14-20 year old females, I'll leave judgment on the colors for the designer, all files will be delivered as PSD

    Please send through hourly rate, examples of prior work, and MSN/gtalk details
