Can you identify this dating-social network software?

    Does anyone know what script this site is using: http://www.shrinkurls.com/4e ?

    I've found a few sites that I think are using the same one but I don't recognise it, I think it might be German because some of the php files have German names.

    Maybe they use a selfmade script.
    I dont recognize it as well...
    I have to say it looks not a very professional script (although i did not see all the features of it, because i didnt login).

    It's not self-made, there's loads of sites using it - I just don't know what it is.
