I wouldn't focus too much on the PR of the sites you are getting links from .... at first. Just start getting a steady stream of links to your site. After awhile you can start getting higher quality links. Best of luck, Justin

First make sure that there are some links that come to your site, just to get the traffic trickling towards you. Then you can always improve the quality of the links.
