Hey guys! Need a bit of help. I've got a rather unique situation with this site, and could do with advice. http://alphablogdesigns.com/ was set up last March offering custom blog design services. I also wrote for the site to drive traffic. March '08 - 6,900 UV April '08 - 15,000 UV Then, offline responsibilities forced me to drop it (so traffic fizzed out). Then, due to an offline work situation, I basically had to quit all my online projects. I blocked all access to this particular site 106 days ago, and so there has been zero traffic tracked to it (I've just removed the block today so you can view it). Now I'm thinking it could be useful for someone else, and they can take it to its full potential. I can give no income, or traffic stats except that there are still 130-150 feedburner subscribers. All I can say is, it's got a PR4, has been linked to by some big sites (Smashing Magazine, ILoveTypography, etc) and used to rank second behind Unique Blog Designs for relevant terms (like 'custom blog design'). Is the site worth selling?
Yes, it is worth selling based on the fact it's a PR4 and has inlinks, but without traffic and income stats you prob wont get what you want for it. I may be interested in it. How much were you thinking? PM please, if you are going to sell.
Thanks for the reply. At least now I know not to bin it. Keep an eye on the sale area. I'll probably put it up with no reserve.
