Associated Content would be great for her. You could also try SurveySpot and some of the other well known survey companies.
There are always plenty of ads here at the BST looking for Forum posters and similar, keep a watch out there she should easily earn some money.
Echoing other comments, I would point her toward Associated Content. I would also suggest she create her own blog with adsense and affiliate programs. She has a great angle and could make money working for herself rather than others

If you have a good offer, I think DP is a good starting point. Here, there are a lot of persons who need helps to update or promote for their websites because they don't have time to do simple jobs.
If she wants to write, I wouldn't use DP. Use another forum. This forums prices for content are about half of the actual market price. If she really is good at writing, she can find clients for $0.02-$0.04 per word, or even more. Don't settle for $0.01 per word or less. As far as surveys, there are many you can join. If you join enough of them you could make $200-$400 or more per month in very little time Some good survey companies: GlobalTestMarket, SurveySavvy, OpinionOutpost (one of my favorites), SurveySpot, etc I hope that helps!

I would suggest letting her start her own blog if you cant create one use blogspot, use google adsense and affiliate programs. get her to write articles about whatever she wants and use social media sites to market them e.g stumbleupon, delicious, digg, reddit ect.. it would also be a good way to link back to your own sites if you owned any also eventually after the pr update and her blog gets google pagerank its possible to sell links and payed blog post reviews. also there is sites such as mahalo.com which people post questions on and if you can answer them you can earn money from the user who posted the question. content writing is a good way to earn money whilst studying too, its great if she is still a student because its good for her spelling development for essays etc.. by the way, pm me a list of topics she can write about im always looking for content and article writers, i would be interested in hiring her if possible. hope this helps. thats a bit unfair to say about digitalpoint right.. ? its not full of scammers, there is plenty of legitimate webmasters trying to earn an honest buck working hard to please there clients on this forum and around the marketplace although i do see your point, i see story's about members being scammed here and there.
i think this site is a very good platform to start..she can work individually by simply posting here about her offer... working for oneself is always good and i love my freedom...
I agree that this forum is an excellent place to find work. Just make sure that she doesn't feel exploited. If she proves that her work is good, she will soon find out that she doesn't need to take up jobs that pay ghastly rates. There are plenty of buyers here who look for quality before everything else. You get what you pay for (or at least this is how it should be). She just needs to find a few honest and fair buyers with whom she can work on a long-term basis and she will be able to earn quite a nice allowance for herself. Good luck!
If she's bright enough, she could easily offer content writing services on here. 5 x 500 word articles per day - should be less than an hour a day and it's $25 at the going rate. $25 x 30 = $750 per month which is plenty of spending money for a teen Trust me, the content would be better quality than some writers offer: I'm a teen and often resort to writing content myself after tiring of second-language English writers.
