Ok, I don't know whether it is the right place for this question or not.

I want to know how can I send the Catalog format created in Ms word with images through outlook? I don't want to attach it. I just want, that if somebody open the mail he would able to watch the whole matter with images and links. Like when you get newsletters and other advertisement that usually has images and text over there.

I need the solution urgently. Hope to get one soon.

    Hey Melisa,

I think I know what you trying to do , but MS word isn't a great tool for your job, unless you trying to make it as a newsletter and convert it to pdf.

To achive wht you trying to do you need to send HTML embedded email. If you are not into that kindda stuff I recommend you have a crack at MailChimp (its free for 500 I think), or some other program of that kind.

this is a test I jst did with MailChip , if that is something you after I think it's the way to Go

This is thr URL :http://www.mailchimp.com/resources/html_email_templates/ and I used thr HIE5 program (free)

    Hope this helps :)

You can also use email marketing services like sendloop, constantcontact, verticalresponse, etc. with appropriate html templates. If you designed a template in word, I guess you could convert it into a html template with help from a web designer.

Good to hear you found some solution :) btw send it your self too, lyk your gmail acc, yahoo and anything else you have and see if it appers correctly.
coz in my experince it can sometimes look a bit funny/distracting when mail merge is used.
    Cheers
